When you request a Bottleneck Report or join the newsletter, we collect your name, email address, business type, and any notes you choose to share. We also record how you found us (e.g. referral source) so we can improve our marketing.
Your data is stored securely in an encrypted database with strict access controls. We use industry-standard security practices and never store payment or banking information.
No one. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties. The only people who see your details are Sergio and the small Grounded AI team needed to deliver your report.
Every newsletter email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email us anytime to remove your details entirely.
We use basic analytics to understand how visitors use the site. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising or build profiles for sale.
Under Australian privacy law, you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you and to ask for corrections. If you want to see what we have, or want it deleted, just ask.
